REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS
Returns must be made within 15 days of the date of receipt of your item. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and for obtaining tracking information, as Gymdate is not responsible for lost or misplaced returns. All Gymdate items must be returned unused, unwashed, with tags and in their original packaging. Any item that is damaged, shows signs of wear or does not conform to Gymdate's return policy will be refused and no refund will be given. For changes to garments, the item will have to be returned and the purchase made again, checking the availability of the size. Refunds will be made using the original payment. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be reflected in your account or your exchange to be sent after Gymdate has received the returned item and it has been evaluated. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

If you believe you have received a faulty product, please email us for review. By placing an order with Gymdateshop, the customer acknowledges and accepts all of our shipping and return policies, terms and conditions. We do not accept exchanges or returns on final sale products.
